Moscow Domodedovo International Airport is the busiest in Russia and the most modern one of the country. It has daily domestic and international flights to several destinations: Europe, Middle East, Japan, China, South Korea, Singapore, Thailandia, Vietnam, Egypt, Canada, United States, among others. About 28 million passengers passed through it in 2012. Several airlines companies are operating at the airport, such as Air Berlin, Blu-express, Brussels Airlines, Easyjet, TUIfly and Vueling.

Domodedovo International Airport is located 34 km (21 miles) south of Moscow

Number of Terminals - 2 - The terminals are located within the same building and are connected by pedestrian walkways.

Public Transport
Buses, minibuses, trains and taxis connect the airport with the urban area. Taxi ranks are close to the access terminal and run 24 hours. Buses and minibuses go from Domodedovskaya Metro station to the airport. Public trains run from the Paveletsky train station in Moscow to the airport and viceversa. The trip takes over an hour because of the number of stops. In addition, there is a fast train that makes the same journey but with non stops and more comfortable, taking about 40 minutes (ticket fare: $320 Rubles - €8 Euros). Express buses (Tel.  8 800 200 33 66) leave from the Domodedovskaya Metro station to the airport and vice versa, running between 6:00 to 0:00, with a frequency of 15 minutes (ticket fare: $120 Rubles - €3 Euros). The jorney time is about 30 minutes and there is a minibus that covers the same route in 25 minutes and runs 24 hours, every 15 minutes between 6 am and 12:00 am, and every 40 minutes between 12:00 am and 6: 00 am. Besides the Ryazan coach service (Tel. 8 800 200 33 66) links the airport with several destinations, such as: Ryazan ($600 Rublos - €15 Euros), Lukhovitsy ($500 Rublos - €12,50 Euros) and Kolomna ($400 Rublos - €10 Euros). If using taxi, it is recommended agree the fee previously with the driver (For reservations (095) 967 8363. - ext 2-6354). Parking - The short-term car park is located opposite the terminal, and the long-term one is also close to the terminal (just 2 minutes walking) between the train station and Domodedovo Airhotel. The total parking capacity is about 5 000 boxes, including VIP and disabled spaces. In the short term car park is hourly rate and in the long stays area is charged daily. In P1 (short term), the first 15 minutes are free. Rates in short-term car park: $200 Rub (€5 Euros) hourly, $800 Rub (€20 Euros) daily and $5600 Rub (€140 Euros) weekly; in long-term car park: $350 Rub (€8,75 Euros) daily and $2750 Rub (€68,75 Euros) weekly.
