Belfast city airport is one of the two airports in Belfast (the other one is Belfast international airport) and one of the busiest in Northern Ireland. It concentrates much of the domestic flights that go to Northern Ireland. About 2.25 million passengers passed through it in 2012. Low cost airlines: Flybe, Aerlingus, Thomson Airways.

Belfast city airport is located 5 km (3 miles) from downtown Belfast.

Public Transport
Buses, trains and taxis connect the airport with the entire metropolitan area. There is a coach service leaving from the terminal toward the nearest rail station (Sydenham) every half hour. The Translink train runs every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm (sundays from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm); the ticket fare to Central Station is £ 1.40 (€1,70). The public bus lines No 600 and No 3 link the airport with Belfast city center and run every 20 minutes, operating between 5:45 am and 9:25 pm, and it costs £2,20 (€2,65) one way and £3,30 (€4) round trip. Metrobus Line No. 3 operates every 20 minutes from Sydenhaim train station to the city hall, and the stop is just 5 minutes walk from the terminal building (between 6:00 am and 7 pm and the frequency is 10 minutes). In addition, the Airporter express coach (Tel. +44 (0) 287126 9996) runs toward the Belfast city center and there is a shuttle bus service to Londonderry as well. The taxi ranks are just outside the terminal. All taxis are accessible for wheelchairs. Taxi fare to Belfast city center is £10 (€12). For bookings call +44 (0) 28 9073 2400).

Belfast city airport has banking services, automated teller machines (ATM), bureau of change, conference and meeting rooms, catering service, VIP lounge, public phones and Wi-Fi internet access.
Food and drink - food court, cafes and bars.
Shopping - several shops, souvenirs, newspapers and magazines, a shopping center with a variety of duty free items in the boarding zone.
Baggage - carts are available.
Other Services- baby changing facilities, travel agencies, 4 internet kiosks in the departure lounge for the Internet access, among other facilities. A central information desk is located in the arrivals area.

Disabled Facilities - ramps, lifts and adapted toilets, text telephones, Ambulift, check-in and information booths with Audio-frequency induction loop system for the hearing impaired, among other services. Parking - Belfast city airport car park is located next to the terminal. It has parking lots for short and long stays and a executive parking area. The short-term parking area is located on the right side, and the first 10 minutes are free. This area is also used Pick-up and Drop-off passengers because it is not allowed to do that directly outside the terminal building (except for people with disabilities who have their license identificatory). The long stays area is located 10 minutes walking distance from the terminal building. The executive parking area is directly outside the terminal building.
