Liverpool International Airport is located 12 km (7.5 miles) southeast of Liverpool.

Public Transport
Buses, coaches, trains, limousines and taxis connect the airport with the entire metropolitan area. Several public buses transfer passengers from the terminal complex to Liverpool South Parkway rail station and Liverpool city centre: Airlink 500 and 501, Arriva service 86A, 80A, 81A, 82A, 89 and HLS service 883 (journey time: 15 min - ticket fare: £2,75). There are Coach services (NationalExpress and Terravision (Tel. (0151) 907 1132) running to Manchester city centre and from Liverpool city centre to the rest of mainland UK; tickets can be purchased in the arrival and departure halls or directly at the coach. Journey time to Liverpool city center is 15 minutes (ticket fare: £8). Regular budget bus services operate between Liverpool John Lennon Airport and a number of local railway stations, including Liverpool South Parkway, Liverpool Lime Street, Liverpool Hunts Cross and Liverpool Central Station (ticket: £2,70). Chauffeur services must be pre-booked in advance with one of the following companies: Diamond-Line and Check in Group. Taxi ranks are located at the exit of the terminal; the journey time to the center takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately £15. Liverpool Airport has automatic teller machines (ATM), bureau of change, public telephones and Wi-Fi. The business center of the airport has conference and meeting room, computers and equipment necessary for all types of executive activity.
Food and drink - Cafes, bars, snacks and fast food throughout the terminal complex.
Shopping - A wide variety of shops, souvenirs, newspapers and magazines, duty free shops, shoes, perfume, haute couture boutiques, among others.

Other Services- prayer rooms, first aid, among other facilities. Liverpool Airport has general information desk in the middle of the terminal building and is located right next to a tourist information booth.

Disabled Facilities - ramps, lifts, adapted toilets and telephones, induction loop systems for hard of hearing people, lifts to assist boarding the aircraft (Ambulift), among other services. For passengers requiring wheelchair or other special needs is recommended to communicate this with your airline or travel company in advance.

Parking - Liverpool airport has four car parks: one for short stay and three for longer stays and (including sectors for medium stays, premium, and low cost parking spaces). In turn, there is a dropping off and picking up zone within the short-term car park. This car park is located immediately in front of the terminal building, while the long-term parking area is opposed the terminal building and surrounding the short-term parking lot. The premium sector is adjacent to the terminal building and has a differential entrance. Parking fees: short-term car park: £6 per hour, £20 six hours and £30 per day; in long-term: £30 per day, £65 four days and £80 per week. There are spaces reserved for disabled people.
