Edmonton International Airport, is the largest in Canada and serves not only the Edmonton area, but also the entire region of Alberta. The airport is located 35 km (22 miles) south of Edmonton city, Alberta.

Public Transport
Shuttles, taxis and limousines connect the airporto to the urban area. The express coach Route 747 by EIA Express Bus (Tel. +1 780 496 1600) runs from 4:34 and midnight. Journey time to Century Park TC is 24 minutes (ticket fare: $5 CAD dollars). The Sky Shuttle (Tel. +1 (780) 465 8515) links the airport with Edmonton and surrounding towns (ticket fare: $18 CAD). At the same time, Sun Dog Tours offers transportation shuttle services from the airport to Jasper (ticket fare: $99 CAD), Hinton ($69 CAD) and Edson ($59 CAD). The airport provides currency exchange office and ATM, 8 business offices, public telephones and Wi-Fi internet access.
Food and Drinks - several restaurants, grills, cafes and bars.
Shopping - several stores including duty free, souvenirs, gifts, newspapers and tobacconist.
Baggage - Lost and found office (tel. +1 780.890.8382), carts and left luggage service.
Other Services - games room, medical clinic, chapel and baby change facilities. There are information desks in the arrivals floor, and volunteers all around the airport.

Disabled Facilities - The hotel has ramps, lifts and adapted toilets, TTY telephones, and other services for people with disabilities and the elderly. Wheelchairs are available upon request (with your airline company or travel agency).

Parking - Edmonton Airport has over 5 000 parking spaces. Some of them are covered, and there are short and long term parking lots, on an hourly, daily or weekly period of time. A free bus runs through the the parking areas and terminals. Short-term car park: $6,50 CAD per hour, $23 CAD per day and $115 CAD per week; long-term car park: $5 CAD per hour, $13 CAD per day and $65 CAD per week. Accomodation - Edmonton Airport is expecting to open in late 2012, the new hotel Courtyard by Marriott with 210 rooms. In addition, in the neighbor zones of Edmonton Airport are located several hotels, such us: the Fairmont Hotel Macdonald, Edmonton Westin, Courtyard Edmonton Downtown Edmonton Holiday Inn Express Hotel Downtown, and most of them have a shuttle bus service to transport guests.
