Burbank International Airport is located 5 km (3 miles) northwest of the financial center of Burbank and 20 km (12 miles) north of Los Angeles.

Public Transport
Buses, shuttles, trains and taxis connect the airport with urban areas. The train station is south of the main entrance of the terminal building, and you can walk (there is also a free shuttle service). Metrolink and Amtrak Pacific Surfliner provide the ferrous services; Metrolink arrives to the central train station in Los Angeles and Amtrak goes toward other towns of middle distance. The buses go to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood and Burbank. Taxis and shuttles have their stops in front of the terminal building. Taxi companies City Cab (Tel. (818) 848 1000), United Taxis (Tel.
