Adelaide International Airport is located 8 km (5 miles) west of the city.

Public Transport
Public buses, limousines, shuttles and taxis connect the airport with the metro area. A shuttle bus service runs from campus to downtown in 30 minutes and operates during flight times (The Skylink Airport - Tel. 1 300 383 783). There is a door to door shuttle service as well (Adelaide Airport Flyer - Tel. 1 300 856 444). The bus stops are located southeast of the terminal T1 at level 2 (on the left side to the exit the terminal). Taxis operate with meters and the estimated travel time to downtown is 15 minutes. Taxi ranks are located outside of Terminal 1 on the ground floor. For further information call (08) 8210 1000. Besides, there are limousines for rent.

The airport also offers automated teller machine (ATM), currency exchange service, public telephones and internet access via Wi-Fi or via computers located in the terminal. It has VIP lounges and conference rooms equipped.
Food and Drinks - cafes, bars and restaurants are located throughout the airport.
Shopping - several shops, including duty free, souvenirs, newspapers and tobacconist.

Disabled Facilities - disabled toilets, lifts, ramps, TDD telephones for the hearing impaired and hard of hearing people, among other facilities. For passengers with special needs (eg wheelchair) is recommended prior arrangement with your airline or travel agency.

Parking - Adelaide Airport has a short-term car park inf opposite the terminal building and long-term car park farther away, but a free shuttle service runs every 20 minutes to transfer passengers to/from the terminal. Rates: short-term $4 australian dollars per hour, $11 / 3 hours and $17 / 5 hours. For long-term: $25 australian dollars 1 day, $40 / 2 days, $50 / 3 days and from the fourth day, $5 per day. Accomodation - Nearby hotels: Adelaide Airport Motel (3 minutes from the terminal building), and the Aviator's Lodge. Both offer shuttle service to transport guests.
